Perhaps you're looking to drop down the thickness of the leader for some increased sensitivity, but still maintain a little stiffer butt section in your line. If that is the case then this is the leader for you.

This 30-foot long leader tarts off with healthy section of 15# monofilament as the running line / butt. From there it is tapered down via blood knots with tapered sections of Cortland indicator mono, first white, and then bi-color to the tippet ring.

The tags have been left on for easier visibility. The butt-end is tied to allow a loop-to-loop connection to fly line or backing. A tippet ring is tied on at the end of the sighter to allow a connection to tippet of your choice.

Simply connect the leader to your fly line or backing, attach a piece of tippet & some flies to begin catching fish!
